1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bt99" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at bt99.im and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the bt99 website, mobile browser interface, and any related software or service made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the bt99 Platform.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the bt99 Platform, whether as a registered member or a guest visitor.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account in connection with a specific bt99 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games or markets before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process conducted by bt99 before processing withdrawals or as required to maintain account integrity.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction other than Bangladesh from which access to or use of bt99 is restricted or prohibited under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bt99 Platform or registering an Account, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies and rules published on the Platform, including bt99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and bt99.

These Terms take effect from the date on which you first access the Platform or submit a registration form — whichever is earlier. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bt99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bt99 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses on the Platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform and placing any wager.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform for gambling purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of bt99 or its affiliated companies, where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from bt99 or from any gambling platform as part of a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To place bets or access casino games on bt99, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh).

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the bt99 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bt99 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with secondary accounts.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bt99 staff will never request your password through any channel. Any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to protect your credentials are your sole responsibility, unless you have notified bt99 of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bt99 may request documentary evidence of your identity and address at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the closure of your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt99 does not apply currency conversion fees on any BDT transaction.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on bt99 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantaneously upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bt99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

5.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on bt99 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in accounts that are segregated from bt99's operational funds. bt99 does not store full card numbers or mobile banking PINs on its servers.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bt99 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that individual promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games not listed as qualifying games do not contribute toward the completion of a Wagering Requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bt99 monitors accounts for patterns of activity that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, providing false registration details to qualify for a welcome offer, and coordinated wagering between multiple accounts. bt99 reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and free bet credits that are not used within their stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation. bt99 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bt99 sportsbook are binding upon confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. bt99 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without stating a reason, including where a market has been suspended or where the odds were published in error.

7.2 Void Bets

bt99 may void a bet under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled; the odds were published as a result of a manifest error; the market is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to suspended trading periods during critical moments of play (e.g., the delivery of a ball in cricket, a penalty kick in football). bt99 operates on a best-efforts basis to keep live markets open but cannot guarantee continuous availability. bt99 is not liable for any missed betting opportunity arising from a market suspension.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market. bt99 may adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-account basis where risk management requires it. Changes to stake limits do not affect bets already accepted and confirmed prior to the change.

8 Casino Games

bt99 offers a library of casino games including live dealer table games, slot machines, fishing games, and crash games provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random-number-generation (RNG) systems independent of bt99's operational control.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider and is available within the game's help or information section. bt99 does not modify or override the RTP settings of any game provided by its studio partners.

Malfunctions in casino games — whether caused by a software defect, interrupted connectivity, or hardware failure on the User's device — void all affected plays and any associated wins. bt99 is not liable for game session interruptions caused by factors outside its direct infrastructure control, including but not limited to mobile data connectivity issues experienced by the User.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt99 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any Account Balance and pending winnings, and the reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including poker or live casino formats.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or in games operating abnormally.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered on bt99.
• Using the bt99 Platform to launder funds or to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to charge back deposits or initiate fraudulent payment disputes after wagering activity has occurred.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bt99

bt99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bt99 customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal market rules and the resulting balance — if any — will be returned to your registered payment method. Access to historical bet and transaction records will remain available to you upon request for a period of 12 months following closure.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bt99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

bt99 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention systems as necessary to deliver and protect the Platform's services. All third-party data processors engaged by bt99 are contractually required to maintain data security standards consistent with bt99's own obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

bt99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base in Bangladesh. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we have invested in a comprehensive suite of tools to assist those individuals.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users free of charge and can be activated from within your Account settings or by contacting customer support:

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits as a result of a Platform outage, market suspension, or technical error.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances outside bt99's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, acts of God, or third-party service disruptions.
• Errors or omissions in any content, odds, or game results published on the Platform that are subsequently corrected under these Terms.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bt99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bt99 will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered Users via a Platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the bt99 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2. bt99 recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the bt99 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and the specific terms set out in this document.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or bonus calculation, you should first contact bt99 customer support via live chat and provide full details of the matter. bt99 will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days. If you remain dissatisfied following bt99's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to bt99's compliance team at the email address set out in Section 16.

bt99 aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. We will not enter into disputes that are submitted more than 30 calendar days after the relevant event or transaction date.
